Kabir

Kabir serves as the CFO at Arlox, managing the financial backbone of the company. He oversees client payments, ensures cash flow remains clean and predictable, and works closely with the media and growth teams to support long-term planning and execution.

His journey to Arlox was unconventional. After dropping out of high school, Kabir worked multiple 9–5 jobs in local shops and factories. Those years instilled in him deep discipline, patience, and the value of showing up every day.

A pivotal meeting with Vann introduced him to reading and self-learning, changing his mindset and work ethic—a shift that eventually earned him the trust and responsibility he holds today.

Kabir's biggest strength is his consistency. He stays steady even when things get messy and takes full ownership of his responsibilities. From managing payments to supporting onboarding, his work is key to building trust and stability for both clients and the team.

Outside of work, Kabir is a foodie who enjoys trying different cuisines. He runs heavily on coffee—usually three to four cups a day—and unwinds by watching series like Money Heist and Suits.
