Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final

Due to the immediate access to our proprietary intellectual property, the digital nature of our products, and the intensive manual labor involved in our consulting and agency services, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Arlox.io (Laniakea Enterprises LLP) does NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. You understand that the "Scientific" value of our frameworks is delivered immediately upon access, regardless of whether you implement them or achieve your desired financial results.

2. Service-Specific Policies

2.1. High-Ticket Consulting & Coaching (e.g., $999 Sessions)

  • No Refunds on Time: Consulting fees cover the reservation of our experts' time and the disclosure of our "Scientific Positioning" strategies. Once a session is booked or a strategy call is conducted, the fee is fully earned and non-refundable, even if you disagree with the advice provided.
  • Rescheduling & No-Shows: You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' written notice. Failure to provide notice or failure to attend the session ("No-Show") will result in the forfeiture of the entire session fee. No refunds or credits will be issued.

2.2. Digital Products, Courses & Frameworks

  • Immediate Consumption: Access to our courses, "How To" guides, SOPs, and PDF frameworks is deemed fully delivered the moment login credentials or download links are sent to you.
  • No "Change of Mind": We do not offer refunds for "change of mind," "didn't like the content," or "too advanced/too basic." The purchase of digital information is irrevocable.

2.3. SaaS Tools & Subscriptions

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing support@arlox.io.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain access to the Tools until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. If you cancel on day 2 of a 30-day cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining 28 days.

3. No Refunds for "Failed" Marketing or Ad Bans

Our Services are designed to optimize your marketing, but we do not control the market or third-party platforms. You are strictly prohibited from requesting a refund based on:

  • Wasted Ad Spend: Loss of capital on Meta, Google, TikTok, or YouTube ads.
  • Platform Actions: Suspension, restriction, or banning of your ad accounts, Business Managers, or profiles by third-party platforms.
  • Lack of Results: Failure to achieve specific KPIs, revenue targets (e.g., "$500k/month"), or ROAS goals.

4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy (Strict Enforcement)

You agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card issuer or bank for any reason other than recognized identity theft.

"Friendly Fraud": Attempting to claw back a payment after receiving access to our Services or Tools is considered a breach of contract and an act of "Friendly Fraud."

Consequences: If you initiate a chargeback:

  • Your access to all Arlox.io Services, Tools, and Community will be terminated immediately.
  • You agree to pay a $5,000 Administrative Penalty to cover our costs in contesting the dispute.
  • We reserve the right to report your account and identity to credit reporting bureaus and industry "blocklists," which may prevent you from processing payments with other merchants in the future.

5. Force Majeure

Arlox.io shall not be liable for any refund or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet service provider failures, denial-of-service attacks, or changes in the policies of third-party platforms (e.g., a sudden Meta algorithm update).
