Aman

He works as a Senior Software Engineer at Arlox. Most of his work hours goes into backend work, AI tools, data pipelines, and automation. He usually handles things that are unclear, half-defined, or already broken and tries to make them usable. Sometimes they work and sometimes they become lessons to improve.

Before Arlox, he mostly worked alone, learning by trial and error. He built things, broke them, and rebuilt them until they worked. There was no clear path—just curiosity, a lot of wasted effort, and slow improvement over time. His failures were his best teacher, they showed him how far he was from his goals, the experience from these failures helped him identify the potential problems and prevent them before they can happen. Even now he hasn’t achieved what he wanted, but still he is waking every morning moving one step forward.

He likes Arlox because it doesn’t pretend work is glamorous. Problems are real, deadlines are practical and the work culture is healthy. He gets room to think, fail, and fix things without any superficial expectations by the higher ups, which fits how he actually works.

He contributes by keeping systems running and improving them over time. His work prevents potential issues, reduces manual steps, and supports client delivery. Most of his impact is not visible, but it shows when things don’t break.

He spends free time messing with Linux, scripts, and tools that usually solve problems he's facing on a regular Tuesday. He listens to music, avoids noise, and sometimes builds things purely to understand why something works or fails. Apart from nerdy stuff, he is interested in more nerdy stuff like watching shows, playing video games, watching educational content and solving problems that don’t exist.
