Job Summary

Role & Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Campaign Mastery: Launch, manage, and scale high-converting paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads for top D2C brands.
  • Turn Creativity into Cash: Bridge the gap between scroll-stopping creative and hard data. You will collaborate with our creative team to brainstorm, test, and deploy winning ad copies, hooks, and visuals that drive massive ROI.
  • Scale with Proven Strategies: Apply our battle-tested frameworks to scale client budgets profitably. You’ll be responsible for taking winning campaigns and safely injecting them with more budget to maximize revenue.
  • Data-Driven Dopamine: Obsess over the metrics that matter (ROAS, CPA, CTR, and LTV). You will analyze daily performance data to optimize campaigns, kill the losers, and feed the winners.
  • Relentless A/B Testing: Design and execute split tests on audiences, creatives, landing pages, and offers. If there is a better way to get a conversion, you are hungry enough to find it.
  • Funnel Optimization: Look beyond just the ad click. You’ll analyze the entire customer journey—from the first impression to the checkout page—to spot leaks and recommend conversion rate optimizations (CRO).
  • Collaborate and Grow: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our talented team of D2C experts. You’ll bring your humility and hunger to daily strategy sessions, sharing insights and learning new ways to dominate the market.
  • Weekly Reporting & Strategy: Document your wins and learnings. You will create clear, concise reports on campaign performance and map out aggressive growth strategies for the upcoming weeks.
