Creative Strategist
Job Summary
Role
You decide what ads get made for fashion brands, helping them scale to ₹1 Cr a month on Meta. You turn customer insight and ad data into briefs that the Creative King produces and the Media Buyer launches. You’re judged on how your creatives perform: hook rate, CTR, CPA and ROAS. You sit in a pod led by the CSM. You need 1–4 years of experience, strong thinking skills and creative taste.
Attitude filter
Taste backed by data: You trust your eye, then let the numbers decide which idea wins.
Curiosity about customers: You dig into reviews, comments and competitor ads to find what makes people buy.
Speed and volume: You ship many tests fast instead of polishing one idea for weeks.
Coachability: You take feedback on a brief without defending it.
Ownership: When a creative flops, you work out why and fix the next one.
Bad fit if you
Care more about making beautiful ads than ads that sell
Get attached to your ideas and struggle to kill them
Avoid looking at ad performance numbers
Need a detailed direction before you can start a brief
Would rather perfect one creative than test ten
