Hex, another client of Warren James was referred by Ben. Hex and FNAF (Friday nights at Freddy's) did a collaboration to launch an exclusive plushies collection, the idea was great, and they started taking pre-orders. Their target audience is mostly parents who buy for their kids.
They wanted to test and sell $50,000 worth of plushies every month. They tried to sell as many plushies as possible
But Hex store sales were dropping at a fast pace from $20,000pm to $1500pm.
And FNAF being an extremely popular Video game didn't have any experience or confidence in selling merchandise using Paid ads.
They wanted to test a product using paid ads and make as much revenue as possible. The biggest problem was that they were relying heavily on organic search and word of mouth didn't have a controllable way to quadruple their revenue.
The campaigns were a big success! Arlox helped them create the perfect customer avatar and helped them isolate the interested audiences which turned out to be gaming fans. Our goal was to eliminate the dependency on word of mouth. Arlox also helped them launch a scientific paid ads campaign which was successful from day one.
From the declining revenues to a consistent and predictable stream of revenue from the first month of working with Arlox.
This transformation wouldn't have been possible without isolating the bottleneck of creating a perfect customer avatar. Campaigns were extremely successful as we got ROAS of 17X on certain weeks.
