There was still no proof-of-concept with online sales and they didn't any past knowledge about the eCommerce business model.
The website was not conversion rate optimized nor they had any expertise in doing Facebook ads.
In the first hypothesis, Arlox concluded that their website needs to optimized before we can even think about running ads.

They did a lot of hard work as well, Conversion rates doubled and even tripled after implementing the changes suggested by Arlox.
They started getting consistent orders and customers are also very genuine.
Proof of concept achieved!
Now, they've ventured into the plus-size segment which is doing amazingly well for them.
Arlox has launched scientific ad campaigns for them. And our ads are getting more than 4x ROAS on certain days and weeks.
EDIT: They are still very committed and are still motivated to make their vision a reality. I think they will hit ₹4 to ₹5Crore ARR with Arlox very soon. We are extremely proud and honored to be working with such driven founders.
